      3. Identify five (5) features from the diagram then write how each feature should be used
      4. Make a list of five (5) types of telephone then give a brief description about their use (picture and label should be included)
      5. Outline the steps needed to receive and transfer calls
      6. Outline ten (10) good telephone etiquette
      7. List five (5) ways telephone numbers can be obtained when making calls
      8. Upon calling Taylor’s Industry you realize the receptionist is having difficulties answering the telephone.  Write an appropriate greeting for Taylor’s Industry  
      9. List five (5) essential tools required to make or receive phone calls
