    Module (1) - Use Occupational Standards to Satisfy Customer Training Needs 

    This module focuses on activities involved in using occupational standards to satisfy customer training needs.  It consists of five (5) units, these include selecting appropriate training package, interpreting the qualifications framework, analysing and interpreting the units of competency within the clusters, contextualising units and clusters for client applications and interpreting assessment information.

    NOTE:  All activities/assignments below must be completed by all learners
